Every Super Bowl brings a few ads that dominate the conversation, sparking hot takes on social media and have everyone asking, “Wait… did you like that?”

This year’s lineup gave us plenty to debate, from nostalgia plays and big swings to spots that were impossible to ignore, even if we wanted to.

Here are our team's most talked about picks:

Levi's | Backstory

A new classic. Levi's proved their cultural relevance and endurance, and got punny with it. Come on, "Backstory" and "Behind Every Original" are simply genius. From Woody to Doechii, this was kickass.

Coinbase | Everybody

By pairing an undeniable throwback hit with an intentionally low-fi karaoke sing-along, Coinbase sparked one of the loudest sighs heard across America. The backlash became part of the story, proof that when you collide something universally loved (Backstreet Boys) with something widely hated (crypto), people are going to have feelings.

Dunkin | Good Will Dunkin

Ben Affleck and Dunkin's love story continues (this is his’s fourth consecutive Super Bowl commercial for the brand). You might be thinking, is Botox really that powerful? Nope, the entire celebrity ensemble was digitally de-aged to bring the '90s sitcom nostalgia. A big crowd pleaser with some flair.

NFL | Champion

A simple story that pulls at the heartstrings for recognizing the power of mentorship. This ad's emotional authenticity was a breath of fresh air amongst all the celebrity cameos and AI. Expected but well done.

MANSCAPED | Hair Ballad

The power of the grotesque. MANSCAPED's daring ballad somehow made disgusting clumps of hair charming. And for that, we commend their bravery.
